    Sloppy Boudreaux

Tonight, we put a cajun spin on a classic sandwich. Our take on the cafeteria favorite packed lots of flavor and even some veggies too. First off, if you have not tried the Cajun Power line of meal helpers- you are missing out. The chili and spaghetti starters are so tasty and make for the easiest weeknight cooking. This was my first time using the Sloppy Boudreaux, but it will not be my last!

This is a great sandwich to hide in veggies! I started by chopping carrots, onions, and mushrooms. Brown your veggies with a little oil in a cast iron skillet. Once these have cooked for a few minutes- you want your veggies somewhat softened- add 1 pound of ground meat. I used deer meat, but you can use beef, turkey, chicken, whatever!

Once your meat is ready add the jar of Sloppy Boudreaux and let it simmer.

I found my jar of Sloppy Boudreaux at Albertsons in Lafayette, La.

It's really that easy, you are done!!! Now serve on a bun with a delicious side and ENJOY!
