This 3 ingredient appetizer comes together almost as fast as they are devoured by your guests! So you can spend more time celebrating with friends & family and less time stressing in the kitchen! Catfish Christmas Bites

Ingredients:
1. Three to five pieces of fried U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish (I like to buy mine frozen, pre breaded & pre seasoned).
2. Store bought Pimento Cheese.
3. One Puff Pastry Sheet, defrosted per the boxes directions.
*Tooth picks for serving

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425F

2. Unroll puff pastry sheet. Using a sharp knife cut into squares. Bake on a parchment paper lined sheet pan for 10-15 min or until slightly golden.

3. While puff pastry is baking cut your catfish strips into bite sized servings. Approx 3 pieces per strip.

4. Assemble your bites! You can do this 2 different ways.
—Top your puff pastry with pimento cheese & a catfish bite then secure it with a tooth pick.
— Open up the puff pastry, spread the inside with pimento cheese, and sandwich the catfish in between. Secure with a tooth pick.

The Vintage Fork Tip: If you aren’t serving right away, keep warm in a 200F oven.
