Pumpkin Spice Brownie Cookies
Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice… is that a saying? I feel like I’ve heard it, saw it on a t shirt, or coffee mug?? Anyways, I LOVE pumpkin spice- Petey not so much. That’s why I REALLY LOVE these cookies, more for me hehe! Although.. he ate a couple the other night and loved them!
These are crazy easy, semi homemade, and would be perfect for the junior kitchen chefs out there.
I use box brownie mix, oil, eggs, & pumpkin spice! That’s it.. 4 simple ingredients. Check out the recipe below.
Pumpkin Spice Brownie Cookies
ingredients
1 box brownie mix, 18.4 oz box
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
directions
combine brownie mix with pumpkin pie spice then add eggs and oil
stir until well combined, cover bowl and put in fridge for at least 30 minutes
preheat the oven to 350F
scoop cookies into 1 tbsp balls, add to parchment lined cookie sheet
bake 8-10 minutes
